We have prepared a mizutaki hotpot dish with carefully prepared chicken stock.In addition to an assortment of Awaji chicken thighs, breasts, and chicken fillets, and homemade meatballs, there is also plenty of vegetables.You can also choose rice porridge or nyumen noodles for the final course, making this a course that will warm your body and soul.

This is our prized Mizutaki hotpot, available only by advance reservation.
The soup, which is made over time using chicken bones and various other parts, is exceptional, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious mizutaki hot pot.
You'll probably be full after this, but you can also order other dishes.
